Jackie Wall-Mielcarski "Happiness Expert"
I grew up in Oneida, NY surrounded by cows, corn, family & friends. After graduation from Oneida High School in 1986, I attended Alfred University. In 1990 completed my BA in American Cultural History with a minor in Women's Studies. My coursework and interests focused upon communications, popular culture, social psychology, the relationships of people to their professions, and challenges they faced as individuals from antiquity through modern day. What I found as a consistent thread throughout all my studies and subject matter is that individuals, societies, organizations, and organisms all thrive when people are happy, can live without fear, and are engaged in a spiritual connection to "something greater". (aka GOD)....
Today I teach individuals, businesses, and social groups, new techniques, tools, and programs to help them enjoy their life, their work, and their families. They receive increased levels of accomplished goals, hit their milestones and obtain overall satisfaction with whatever IT is they DO.
One of my mentors taught me to say when people ask, "what do you do?"
-- I reply, "Well, that depends,....what do you need done?
Energy & Enthusiasm
by Jackie Wall-Mielcarski
A business associate of mine described me as a woman with "boundless energy and unbridled enthusiasm". What a compliment! HA-HA Who knew?? Not me! The last time I had checked-in with mySELF I was living in pain, repeating my old motto, or mantra..." you are a bad wife and mother".
My own mother recently called me sweet. I thought I was losing my hearing. I couldn't take it anymore! I checked in with mySELF and realized I had done IT.
--There I was, vacuuming up last night's Cheerios and dog hair combo with a nagging piece of pine straw stuck in the nozzle and a "too-heavy" popcorn kernel, bouncing up and down, and a dime.
Gladly I bent down to grab that dime toss it into my loose change pile with visions of Disney. I picked up the corn kernel and added it to the collection of "throw-aways" in the pocket of my apron. The apron that was made by hand by my great-grandmother for my mother. How SWEET is that!? Living the life of being home with my kids, watching them grow wearing G.G.'s apron.
Yep. That's right. I am a true nostalgic. IT is meaningful to me to wear the apron.-- Wearing the apron is what makes cleaning FUN for ME
There were times when my house was so messy we couldn't find a clean glass or sock. Don't 'cha know a "bad wife" is the one who can't keep up with the laundry enough to have a clean pair of socks for her hubby. -- (I am kidding , of course).
I have lived it and learned. I have gleaned knowledge and wisdom through experience. I am here to tell ya, my friend, that the key to having FUN and LIVING WELL in your life is within your reach. Somehow, in doing things that at one time seemed meaningless, and at times just dreadful to me (like doing my chores for example) have lead me to NOW.
I have boundless energy, I am enthusiastic about life, I am healthy and well and pain free. I am here for the party, having fun and aim to be completely thrilled doing WHATEVER IT is I AM DOING.
FUN is the key. FUN is the answer. FUN is when you can laugh at your SELF, enjoy every moment with acceptance & enthusiasm. I have learned how to "Have fun with IT....whatever IT is". I have madeit my business to show others how.
Love ya!--
Jackie
